Delete your Quillbook account

In the app (fastest)

Open Quillbook and go to Settings.
Tap Delete Account and confirm with your Google account.

If you are the Primary Admin of a business that still has other members, remove them or delete that business first (Settings → Delete Business).

Without the app

Email hello@quillsail.com from the Google email you use in Quillbook, with the subject "Delete my Quillbook account". We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your profile (name and email) and your sign-in.
Every business you own alone, with all its books, entries, photos and history.
Your membership in other businesses and any pending invitations to you.

What is kept

Entries you made in a business owned by someone else stay with that business as part of its financial records, showing the name you had at the time.
Crash reports, if any, expire automatically within 90 days.
